Harold has many years’ experience in property investment and development which includes identifying and managing projects to completion, managing partnerships involving multi-million refurbishment and development projects and substantial experience in advising clients on selling strategies for their property assets. This also includes working with high net worth individuals to diversify their portfolio of investments in property.

He has led projects across private and public sectors and associated communication strategies to create good yield on sale. Harold has an excellent network of contacts throughout the industry and has access to experts that has detailed knowledge of the different areas in property investment. This network ensures that we have access to off market opportunities that are direct and deliverable. Using this network and experience allows us to make reasonable forecasts to work out the best strategy.

An example project involved the purchase and refurbishment of a redundant PO Sorting office. Planning obtained for a Medical Centre. The scheme was developed for the NHS Primary Care Trust and forward let on a 25 year lease. On completion, the entire investment was sold to a private pension fund.

Kevin Piper


Kevin started his career as an apprentice welder in 1978 working on a large commercial development at Gatwick Airport, Moving on to site management shortly afterwards he started to specialise in interiors. Having started K & M interiors he focused on design and maximising space both in corporate and residential areas.

Having gained a reputation as good “finisher”, Kevin was in demand companies such as Bellway Homes and Willmott Dixon. Due to his experience CPK Interiors, a sister company, is a Category A supplier to Willmott Dixon and specialises in solving latent defects for Willmott Dixon. Due to his experience and knowledge of the industry, Kevin has the capability to put together teams capable of delivering solutions to any construction requirement. This knowledge enables us to be flexible and add value where others may see a problem.

Kevin has been involved in various projects which include corporate, residential and public sector environments such as schools. Recently Kevin carried out the conversion of the uppers to a high street building which included refurbishment and the construction of a five storey rear extension giving the added benefits of a car port and terrace.
